You ol’ Smoothie – Feel Great, Work Great

What does a smoothie have to do with photography? Well, it’s really quite simple… taking great pictures starts with feeling great. It’s hard to do anything effectively if you don’t feel well and for me that starts with my morning smoothie. Here’s the recipe I use:

5 ounces baby spinach
1 banana
1 cup blueberries (I use frozen berries)
1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Blend all ingredients until smooth
